Our Templated “Library” ads are active all year long. There are various sales events that supersede the Library ads such as Truck Month, Summer Sales Event and Holiday Sales Event to name a few.
The dynamic ads are templated per ad type; Library, MYCO Message, MYCO Non-Message and Sales Event. Sales Event ads are seasonal. The templates are uploaded into Google’s DV360 system and make calls to up to three spreadsheets, 1) a spreadsheet for all creative (Copy, Imagery, CTA copy, Dealer Tagline, Vehicle Name, Vehicle Trim level), 2) a spreadsheet for all offers (if applicable to the template) and 3) a spreadsheet for city identification. Everything is then compiled at runtime. Another cool feature of the banners is the ability to assign/override commands in the Creative spreadsheet (creative feed) that will supplant programming in the template such as variable changes, object positioning, colors, font sizes, object size and animation timing just to name a few.
